The Jade 3000012433 wok reducer plate allows using 14 inch woks on 18 inch round cutouts. This heavy-duty stainless steel plate has a diameter of 18 inches and features a centered 14 inch opening to securely hold smaller woks. The thickness of the plate is 1/2 inch for durability. Four mounting holes line the outer rim for securely attaching the reducer plate using screws (not included). Made of 304 grade stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Allows commercial kitchens flexibility in using both 14 and 18 inch woks with their existing equipment. NSF certified.
